A possibile solution to demonetized channels?

It's no secret that many popular creators are being demonetized and having to either push merch sales or try to find sponsors for each video they want to make money on. This isn't bad but it's also having an impact on the content that they can create. There are channels that are changing their styles just to appease YouTube and going in directions their heart really isn't into because for some people, YouTube is how they pay their bills every month.I have noticed a lot of channels turning to Patreon to be able to continue creating the content they want and the way they want while still getting paid for it. Nothing wrong with it but I think there's a way that Patreon or some other similar system could be used to improve the issue we are facing. Personally I don't have enough disposable income to support every content creator that I want to on Patreon and I don't think a lot of people who watch a lot of these creators do either. Maybe you can support one or two but what if there was a collaboration between the creators? My idea is basically have one Patreon or similar system group that includes multiple content creators or small groups for certain types of content creators. The fund management might be a bit difficult between the creators but if they could figure out a system to split the money it could bring a lot more people to pull the trigger on paying the extra couple of bucks a month to support their favorite creators. It's definitely much easier said than done but if executed properly I think it would have great potential to help the issues of rampant demonization and BS copystrikes. via /r/youtube
