Has Youtube removed the watch later button from thumbnails on channels and in the sub feed?

Is this a problem on my end or is there no longer a watch later button on the thumbnail of videos, on a channel page or in the 'home' or subscription feed?Is there some option I can change to bring it back? via /r/youtube
