Youtube needs to clarify reasons for not monetizing channels

Our channel has been denied monetization three times and our subscriber growth/views have grown tremendously. To be clear, I'm not saying we were demonetized. We passed the 1K/4K threshold for manual review. When reading See why you were denied it states that we were denied due to repetitious content. "This content appears mass-produced and/or provides no educational value". Well, we certainly don't mass produce content. Our videos take hours and sometimes days, because we do it in our free time, and we are an entertainment channel, so the fact that we provide little to no educational value is illogical. We have a couple Learn Colors videos, but most of our content is not that. The reason for denial also states to Continue creating great content. We have been doing so, all of our newer videos are our hands, voices, and hard work (believe it or not...yes kids toy channels are hard work). Yet we still keep getting denied. My wife and I are US based, truly, unlike many of the "content farm/mass-production" studios they are allegedly trying to combat. Not to mention, many of these content farms videos are still monetized and popular. It's a slap in the face to any small creator, spending hours, their own money, and sacrificing family time to create content for Youtube.I've written to @TeamYoutube numerous times and it seems to either fall on deaf ears or they simply just don't care. I know a lot of people despise kids channels, but I feel the same way about the thousands of vlogs and gaming channels I see. I get it if kids channels are not your cup of tea. We all like what we like. What we are looking for is someone from Youtube who's on Reddit to tell us exactly what is wrong with our channel. More pressing is if YT denies you monetization I think they, at the very, least need to mark or indicate what the issue is for the denial than offer these broad overgeneralized reasons. Was it a particular video? Is it a particular subject matter? It's extremely frustrating, because we have been working very hard on this only to keep getting kicked in the face. It's extremely demoralizing. I don't plan on giving up, but every time it happens I just say to myself "Why can't they just write a quick blurb or point out what is causing the issue and we can correct it?" via /r/youtube
