At the moment om youtube we have Yellow-indication timestamps in the video progress bar that shows the Ad-spots. Which actually isn't that useful other than that's the spot you 'want to skip'.As with more quality content videos on youtube is long form, it means, even if the video is 15min or 1h 15min, both is often split up into parts by the video creator. On sites like Pornhub the creator can make their own stamps when each section of the video is. If someone made a Review of a product why couldn't it be section up into example; Intro, features, hardware, final conclusion.I think the Timestamps in the comment section/description box is pretty inefficient right now because you keep having to scroll down and up. via /r/youtube
