There's a local TV channel that is literally showing YouTube videos...Is this normal?

Okay, so I have an antenna connected to my TV which gives me access to local channels. I don't really watch TV that much anyway, but one day, out of the blue, I saw a channel that was showing...YouTube videos. The first time, what I saw was an episode of teens react by The Fine Bros, and it was where they reacting to The Impossible Quiz, and that video is years old. Just today, I stumbled upon that channel again, and this time they were showing CrazyRussianHacker. I kid you not, it was literally just footage of one of CrazyRussianHacker's videos, just being played. To my surprise, there are TWO channels that do this, but display the same content. So my concern is...is this normal? I highly doubt a bunch of YouTubers would allow a random TV station to stream their videos.....on TV. I have no idea how somebody is doing this, but it seems to be free booting their videos, and in a way that might be illegal. I live in Northwestern Washington if anybody is curious where this is taking place. So what should I do? This is genuinely concerning to me. I have no idea where to post this so I resorted to reddit. I will also try to get footage of this channel, but I kid you not, it's literally just raw footage of YouTube videos, constantly being played one after another. Does anybody have an idea what I should do about this? This does not seem normal. via /r/youtube
