We came to the tube in search of creative freedom, humor, and interesting finds. Now its a business hub for many creators and has become a primary source of income for many users, which is perfectly fine.But now i fear it has become everything we meant to escape from...TV and its endless ads.However, in pursuit of these profits and increased notoriety, ads have plagued YouTube. Hell there's at least 2-3 ads in a 15-20 minute video. If i wanted to watch TV I'd call my local provider. But because of this BS...now i have to sit through beginning ads that i can't skip, then watch the first five minutes of the creator plug more sponsor bs, and then get slapped with another ad mid way through when the video finally starts displaying the content im most apt to view. What are your thoughts?? Im sick of it. Im ready for the next YouTube. via /r/youtube
