I tried this after reading it was due to major update, and its fixed problems in the past with other apps.I have auto update on so im not sure when it updated.Go in to App info, clear cache, and clear data. Load the phone straight back up and the lock screen play works, and no ads again.Iphone you might have to uninstall the app and restart to clear the data, then reinstall.Enjoy via /r/youtube
