I used to watch everything HD all the time, with no issues unless it was the internet on my end. However, now I am completely unable to watch anything above 480p and have no idea why. Netflix and every other streaming service still stream as quickly as ever, but nothing on youtube works for longer than a minute and it's infuriating.Any idea of what's going on? via /r/youtube
