I've even tried typing "Test" in the comment section of my own videos but it never posts. The spinning wheel appears but it never stops. Yes my account is verified and is in good standing both in terms of community guidelines and copyright. But as soon as I click the 'Post' button, the posting of the comment never completes. If you reload the page the comment isn't there at all. via /r/youtube
