A bit of backs story here:I stumbled upon this sprite animation in my recommendations one day https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GU8hDXErwDA&t=73s and thought it was really nice and underrated back when it had only 30k views. I thought I could help share this work so more people get to see it, by making a comparison video out of it and crediting the original creator. A few months passed and the youtuber who made the sprite animation commented "Awesome" on the video before deleting it the same day. A couple weeks later, he striked the video only when it's view count surpassed the original video by like 400k views and uploaded a strikingly similar looking video a few days later without even crediting me even though it was all my idea! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WLySLMJSJdMIn fact, here is an image comparing the 2 videos. A series about stealimg my ideas.While there's not much I can do about this, let this be a message for more creative YouTubers out there. Don't treat your fans like shit. Especially when they dedicated some effort and time out of their life to make a video based on yours just because they liked really liked what you made. via /r/youtube
