My laptop can't handle the 60fps at 1080p, and 720p60 looks really bad on some uploads, but a change to 1080p60 drops almost all frames for me.Even though some uploads are in 60fps, is there a way to watch a lower framerate on 1080p?Thank you via /r/youtube
