Hello, everyone! My brother is a small 400 hundred youtuber and runs a commentary channel and is 13 years old. Recently my brother made a video on a youtuber with around 16,000 subscribers and it irked the youtuber a bit. The youtuber in question rn is in my brother's dms and is threatening to sue my brother for around 3,000 dollars and I don't know what to do. I'll dm you the video but i don't know if it's fair use and i don't want to drop any names because i don't want to add fuel to the fire but i have dms of the youtuber in question trying to threaten my brother. He said he was going to try and take down the video but then he would go to court if it had to be done. I myself was a youtuber but have never faced anything like this. I don't want to drop the video because it might cause a witchhunt and I'm trying to key it lowkey for the time being. he also sent dms with him on facetime with his lawyer so these might be credible.
