A copyright claim on my own music!

Hi there,I have an official artist account on YouTube and I post my music there. Last week, I was quite shocked when I received several copyright claims on my own videos where I put my own music. The thing is, I don't put Content ID on my tracks from several reasons (people purchasing commercial music licenses, presence of my work in music licensing libraries such as Artlist etc..)After a short research, I found out that this artist "Kristal Gandhi" - yeah righ? has stolen my whole album 'Creation' and distributed the exact tracks throught the TuneCore distribution system on music streaming services including content ID, which as said I do not put my music on...So now I'm receiving emails from my clients that they got their YouTube projects claimed as well (obviously, as they used my music which is now content IDd to some India guy Kristal Gandhi..)...I contacted TuneCore directly about copyright infringement but it takes centuries for them to reply and I need to have it removed as soon as possible. I also contacted YouTube Copyright department but not sure if they will ever reply....Any ideas what I should do to delete my own music which was stolen and uploaded into content ID database? I was trying to look everywhere but I couldn't find any place where such problem was discussed. I think it's a major copyright issue as anyone can steal other people's work and distribute it - and cause so many problems on so many places...This is how my Gmail inbox looks these days... https://ift.tt/2XvWwIG advice would mean the world to me! Thanks, Borrtex via /r/youtube
